Only for vendors who have completed the free 15-minute basic orientation and setup [Orientation & Setup (Bronze Level)]

This option is useful if immediate assistance (minimum 1-hour wait time depending upon availability of technical support)

This Platinum Level offering gives vendors a 30-minute individual appointment to get help with their specific setup issues.  This is done as a bookable appointment and placed on the Go Africa Calendar.

Vendor is allowed to make a refundable cancellation of this booking up to 6 hours before scheduled consultation without penalty.
